What to Expect
Life has a way of turning down the volume on our inner voice. The Authentically YOU retreat is designed to help you tune back in. This isn’t just a getaway; it’s a homecoming. Over the course of our time together, we will peel back the layers of "shoulds" and "musts" to reveal the vibrant, unfiltered soul beneath.
Please note that this retreat is for individuals who have completed the Authentically YOU course. Activities are designed to help you unearth insights buried within. If you haven’t yet taken the course, you’ll have an option to add it to your retreat during the checkout process.
The Journey Inward
Intention Setting Opening Circle: We begin by grounding ourselves and declaring our "why." This ceremony creates the container for your transformation.
Guided Mindfulness & Meditation: Quiet the mental chatter with curated sessions designed to bring you back to the present moment.
Introspection & Curriculum: Utilizing the Authentically YOU curriculum and dedicated journaling time, you’ll navigate your inner landscape to find the truths waiting to be written.

Community & Support: Through 1:1 and group discussions, you’ll find that your "private" struggles are often universal, fostering a sense of radical belonging.
Spiritual Integration: When Spirit initiates, we hold space for the extraordinary—including energy readings, connecting with ancestors, and quantum fetches to bridge the gap between the seen and unseen.
Increased Awareness: Learn to tune into awareness of universal and celestial cycles which can inform insights and guide direction.
